Moment of Gratitude: Faith

According to Hebrews 11:1, faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 12:2 tells us that Christ Himself is the Author and Finisher of our faith. We also know by Ephesians 2:8 that faith is the gift of God. How gracious our God to provide for us the faith we need to live a life of faith!

Lord, thank You for my faith in You. Thank You for giving me eyes to see and ears to hear. As the Apostle Peter once said, though I do not see You, I love You. You are the substance of my faith and the evidence of what I cannot physically see. I ask You gift me the ability to walk by faith, and not by sight, that I might live a life of unparalleled faith in my great and glorious God. Amen.
