Lord God, You are my great and glorious Father in Heaven; I come before You today as Your poor and needy child. You have promised to provide whatever I ask in prayer, that if we seek You, then You shall be found. I seek You today to lead, guide, protect, and provide. You are a good and perfect Father. Our Lord Christ told us that if evil men know how to give good gifts, how much more our Father in Heaven? Watch over me, Lord, and allow me wisdom, discernment, and a deep and abiding knowledge of You. I ask in Jesus’ name, Amen.
We are told in Scripture to come boldly and with confidence to the Throne of Grace to receive mercy and grace to help in our time of need. Almighty God is also our loving Father, and He hears those who are truly His children. God takes care of those who are His, and He does so in love.
Do not be afraid to ask Him for exactly what you need.
