Thank you, Father, for saving me and restoring me, so that I may know you today and for eternity. I rejoice in your great love, which you pour out so freely, and in your great blessings, which you bestow so generously. Give me eyes to see where I may share your love and your blessings with others, that I may more fully know the joy of serving you. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Sometimes life gets so busy that it is hard to squeeze time in for prayer. And when we do manage to get to prayer, it is easy to feel rushed and just focus on our own needs. In such times, it is important that we make time to consider all that God is and all that He has done.
Of course, we know He loves us and He saves us. But when we pause to reflect on this truth, and to thank God for His goodness, He draws us nearer to Him and is revealed more fully in our lives.
